Mosquitos can be bad in the summer, we suggest you pack a bug jacket
Please pack your own water bottle, as they are not provided. Believe it or not, Churchill can reach high temperatures in the summer months

cancellation & refund policy
Beyond Boreal requires a 50% non refundable deposit upon booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour, any amount paid above the 50% non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable and your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the tour.
We recommend guests carefully review their travel plans before booking. Tour dates and spaces are limited, and your reservation prevents us from offering those spaces to other guests.
If Beyond Boreal must cancel or postpone a tour due to weather conditions, unsafe travel conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your tour for another available date. Your original payment will be applied to the rescheduled tour.
